Delivery Policy

- General Information
This Delivery Policy explains how Erivora OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages the delivery of products ordered through our online store.
Erivora OÜ organizes the shipping of goods within metropolitan France through professional logistics and fulfillment partners.
Our objective is to ensure that all orders are handled securely, shipped promptly, and delivered in good condition to our customers (“you”, “the customer”).
Delivery costs, timeframes, and conditions depend on the parcel weight, and the type of delivery service selected during checkout.
- Delivery Terms and Costs
Since Erivora OÜ products are premium , the delivery is absolutely free for all of our customers.

- Delivery Times
- Orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 AM CET on working days are normally dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 AM CET, or during weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times listed above are average transit times and are not guaranteed.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been processed and a shipment notification when your parcel is dispatched.
- Delivery Process
- Deliveries are carried out by Colissimo from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Upon dispatch, the customer receives an email containing the shipment reference and a tracking link to follow the parcel status online.
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all address details are correct. Erivora OÜ is not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a notification will be left, and a new delivery attempt or pickup option will be arranged.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered after multiple attempts and is returned to our warehouse, a re-shipping fee will apply.
- Packaging and Handling
All products are securely packaged to ensure protection during transit.
Erivora OÜ and its logistics partners handle parcels with due care; however, minor external damages to packaging that do not affect the product’s condition do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt in the courier’s presence, and
- Immediately contact Erivora OÜ customer support within 48 hours after delivery, providing photos of the parcel and packaging.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in rejection of the damage claim.
- Restrictions
Delivery services may be unavailable or limited for certain destinations or products, including but not limited to:
- Remote or restricted-access areas,
- Oversized, fragile, or hazardous goods,
Erivora OÜ reserves the right to adjust delivery options or refuse shipment if delivery is not feasible or not compliant with applicable regulations. Customers will be informed before payment confirmation if such restrictions apply.
- Returns and Undelivered Orders
7.1 Return Eligibility
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support at fr@riya.bio within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging,
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase,
- Sent to the return address provided by our support team.
Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected by our logistics provider. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
7.2 Undelivered or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer,
- Refusal to accept delivery, or
- Absence of the recipient after repeated delivery attempts,
the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return logistics fees incurred.
Re-shipment of undelivered orders can be arranged upon request, subject to payment of a delivery fee.
7.3 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the product received is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs and order details.
We will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on the customer’s preference and product availability.
- Force Majeure
Erivora OÜ shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, accidents, fires, epidemics, customs delays, or governmental restrictions.
In such cases, delivery times will be extended by the duration of the disruption. Customers will be informed promptly if their order is affected.
- Legal Disclaimer
- All delivery times stated are estimates and not legally binding guarantees.
- Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and physical delivery of the order.
- Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the address provided or collected by the customer.
- Erivora OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, loss of profit, or inconvenience caused by delivery issues.
- Nothing in this policy affects the customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
