You must be at least 18 years old and reside within the European Union or European Economic Area to purchase Products from this Website. Orders placed from outside these territories will not be processed.

Our primary payment method is COD. The courier will collect payment in cash from you at the time of delivery and transfer the collected funds to our Fulfilment Partners. Fulfilment Partners will then remit consolidated EUR payments to us.
7. Delivery
We deliver Products exclusively to addresses located within the European Union and the European Economic Area. Delivery services are arranged through our authorised Fulfilment Partners, who coordinate with established and reputable courier companies. The choice of courier service may vary depending on the destination, package size, and delivery requirements.
Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you at the time of Order confirmation; however, these are provided for guidance only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs checks (if applicable), adverse weather, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Products will be deemed delivered and the risk of loss or damage will pass to you once they are handed over to you or to any person at the delivery address who reasonably appears to be authorised to accept delivery. In cases where the courier offers delivery tracking, you are encouraged to monitor the shipment status and ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time.
If delivery cannot be completed due to your absence or failure to provide accurate delivery information, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the Products to our Fulfilment Partner. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply, and the delivery timeframe may be extended. We reserve the right to cancel the Order and refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) if delivery is unsuccessful after reasonable attempts.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving the Products, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Returned Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used Products. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned Products.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that, at the time of delivery, the Products will materially conform to the descriptions provided on the Website and will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from the Website and delivered within the EU/EEA.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal variations in colour, texture, or packaging that do not affect the quality or intended use of the Product.
Defects or damage caused by improper storage, misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorised alteration, or failure to follow usage instructions provided with the Product.
Products used after their stated expiration date.
